Figs

You are trying to scroll into a better level of health start to get some figs in. These have been used for thousands of years and are known to be some of the oldest fruits. They are a staple food when it comes to the Mediterranean diet.


 They look like old many dried of pears but they are great for you. If you plan on snacking on anything let it be on the figs or another fruit.  Eating should be a reward for the work that we put in. This is why I am not a fan of people snacking. Snacking is extra mini meals when the majority of us are sitting down all day.  The fruit and leaves are great foods / medicinal benefits. 

T figs can soften skin internally and externally. They will help with energy without crashes later on. Helps improve skin quality and the laxity. Regulates blood pressure and is good for libido aka the sex hormone.
