Maca benefits

If you are trying to hop their way into better help grab some maca. This plant has been used for thousands of years and is native to Peru. The maca root usually comes in a tannish color but also can be yellow, red, white, black excetera. The easiest way to get it in is through smoothies also can be added to breakfast cereals. Maca has vitamin c and copper which are essential foundational pieces when it comes to the immune system. Maca is good for increasing circulation, nitric oxide production and blood pressure. Relieves menstrual/ PMS symptoms such as irregular periods, hot flashes, mood swings etc.  Helps improve libido and testosterone in men which are foundational to erections/ endurance.  Libido is a hormone that helps with sex drive.  If you have erections issues but even if you don't this is a great root for it. Good for digestion, constipation, bloating etc. 

It is also contains in antioxidants which help reduce free radicals. Free radicals are a natural part of cell metabolism. But too many of them causes of oxidative stress which is damaging.
