Ginger is a great way to spice your life into better health. Now before you go to the store and grab you some ginger ale grab the actual root. And they're all over 1,500 different species of ginger. There are over 6,000 studies on it and 280 double blind random control trials studies. If have you had Asian or African dishes you probably have had this and didn't even know it.
