Green tea benefits

If you are trying to be healthier start to get some green tea. If you don't like to taste you also can get this in supplements, powders to put in smoothies, tinctures  etc. Even though teas are not used by many in the Western hemisphere it is heavy in the Eastern hemisphere. Individuals will consume teas normally have a longer lifespan.  Tea is a liquid normally has some type of leaves soaked in it. If you make collard greens, mustard greens, kale, cabbage etc the liquid left over is it tea. The pot liquor is very healthy but this is often thrown away.

This plant has been used for thousands of years and I just for the flavor but the health benefits as well. Green tea as antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties. Green tea contains polyphenols/antioxidants are catechin and the main one is Epigallocatechin 3 gallate (EGCG).  This same polyphenol has been shown to help inhibit the 2020 virus. Green tea and matcha comes from the same plant. The only difference is matcha is mood into the darkness a couple of weeks before it is about to be harvested. Matcha is the whole leaves ground up while green tea are the whole leaves. You will notice a difference when consuming the whole plant instead of just making a tea out of it.

It is also contains in antioxidants which help reduce free radicals. Free radicals are a natural part of cell metabolism. But too many of them causes of oxidative stress which is damaging. Anytime there is free radicals there is some form of inflammation. Think of free radicals as fire🔥 antioxidants as water 💦.

If you are I'm tired of drinking coffee with the jitters get this in. Yes green tea has caffeine with contains L-theanine in it. They have a synergistic effect so you will not get the caffeine high then fall over.  If you are trying to lose weight ladies this is the way to go.  It also helps with fat burning.  Consistency is key with everything the same thing with your health. Put it to the test be consistence with getting 16 oz green tea 3 times a day. If you are having brain fog this right here should be your go to.
