Kelp is the largest family of seaweeds and the fastest growing plant in the world. You can grow two feet a day and beating our bamboo which grows 35 in a day. There are one for 30 different species of kelp. People often know about more about sea moss but kelp is more nutrient dense.
Remember we are what we consume but what's in what we consume means the most. This is why things that come from the scene typically are more nutrient dense especially for Trace minerals.
