What is health and how important is it to you?

Peace family, my name is Leonardo K. Victory II but you can call me Chef Leonardo. In our minds most of us think this is exclusive to the physical state of being. Which is one part but there are many different parts of health such as a mental, environmental, emotional, spiritual, social, financial, occupational Etc. This is why when it comes to healing it must be from a holistic standpoint. Holistic is the comprehension of other parts of something as intimately interconnected and explicable only by reference to the whole.

Think about your overall health as Siamese twins. Siamese twins are two children or more children that were born together with a body part attached. Because of this attachment the health directly affects the other ones. If death occurs in one emergency surgery has to happen because the dead cells will effect the other healthy body/bodies. Thinking the opposite has one part healthy and the others unhealthy. Realizing this will be a forever game changer for whoever uses it.

Get out of the Microwave mindset things will not happen instantly cook it up yourself it will be respected more.

Nothing grows in life without discomfort every person born made their mother feel some type of way.

Starting somewhere is always better then starting nowhere. A healthier you is not a overnight process it will take time and some discomfort will come with it. Go up 5 lines and read the bold sentence 3 times. I mentioned discomfort which is a trigger word for many. But to be birthed in this world it took discomfort so changing your ways will be the same.

Ways to change for a healthy version of you.

  1. Identify where you want to go

  2. Ask yourself how bad do you want it.

  3. Work on this as much as you can.

  4. Learn there is no such things as failing just ways to learn from.

  5. You can not change the past but you can change up how you are now.

  6. Think about how your actions or inactions will effect your future.
