Lemon balm benefits

Lemon balm is a part of the mint family. Making a tea with it is amazing.  You can also find it in supplements, powder, tinctures etc. Lemon balm contains beta-caryophyllene, citral, citronellal, linalool, geraniol but rosmarinic acid contributes to most of the benefits. All of these have an antioxidant. We are what we consume but what inside of what we are consuming. But also, how we absorb what we are consuming is another level. Too often read some things that are high in calories and low in nutrients.  Then wonder why we are constantly eating size drinking throughout the day. The body runs off of nutrients, not just calories.

As humans we make many things more complicated than they should be.  Eating/ drinking nutrient heavy, drinking water throughout the day, exercising daily/ multi days a week, going outside in general especially for sunlight, loving yourself/ others more, breathing more slowly/ through the nose, read more, learn something new on the daily, less screen time more people time (especially yourself), etc is the day to go.  But so, this is so simple it is often overlooked and too often this is impossible to do many people eyes.

The world gives us everything we need we just must embrace it. Especially when it comes to improving our overall life. Whenever you get sick the body is learning what to do and what not to do. But as humans we want to become healthy so fast that we want to skip the process on what to do. This is when we go super heavy on medications. Which speed of body functions abnormally. When you will get better but the next time this comes around the body hasn't had enough time to deal with the sickness.

If you have anxiety, depression or stress, getting some lemon balm and is the way to go. It has also been shown to help improve cognitive functions such as alertness, awareness, concentration, memory etc. This plan is great for digestion, indigestion, prebiotic, ibs, nausea bloating, gas, dyspepsia etc. 9 + million people are affected by gout. This plant can help especially in the tea.

It also contains antioxidants which help reduce free radicals. Free radicals are a natural part of cell metabolism. But too many of them cause oxidative stress which is damaging. Anytime there is free radicals there is some form of inflammation. Think of free radicals as fire🔥 antioxidants as water 💦.

I'm not a woman but I heard suffering from some menstrual cramps there's nothing to play with. Consuming lemon balm in a tea could do wonders for this. The leaves also contain antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral etc properties. Is this was maintaining your high blood pressure and inflammation as well.\
